Disable the USB port




4th Right-click USB Root Hub and select Properties.
5 th Open the Power Management tab.
6 th Clear the checkmark from Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
7 th Click OK.
Repeat this procedure for the USB 2.0 Hub.>
